Position: Studio Manager

Role Summary: As the Studio Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operations of our creative studio. You will work closely with the CEO, lead designers, and team members to support administrative and operational needs, ensuring our design projects run efficiently and effectively. This is a dynamic position requiring excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Studio Operations:

Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment management.

Coordinate and oversee studio activities to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.

Maintain and organize studio inventory, including lighting, technical equipment, and software licenses.

Project Management:

Work with designers and project managers to track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Assist in coordinating client meetings, project updates, and scheduling.

Ensure all studio projects adhere to DX7’s standards for quality and innovation.

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for the team.

Oversee invoicing, vendor communication, and supply orders.

Assist with onboarding new team members and contractors.

Client and Team Communication:

Act as a liaison between DX7 Design and clients, vendors, and external partners.

Support the CEO and lead designers in preparing for client presentations and meetings.

Foster a positive studio environment by organizing team-building activities and supporting employee well-being initiatives.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Work with Senior Associate Designers and Assistant Designers to ensure quality control across all projects.

Ensure the studio complies with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Maintain the studio’s health and safety protocols, including equipment maintenance and workspace safety checks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Office Manager, or Project Coordinator in a creative or production environment.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (experience with Vectorworks or similar software is a plus).

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with flexibility and professionalism.
